We’ve recently been spending time in the Otago Southland area, just bouncing around lake Wakatipu.
As most know Queenstown is the sportsman’s adventure playground of anything you can imagen, from Skiing, White water rafting, bungy jumping, parapenting, or just boat outings or jetboating, well that might have suited us, but to be honest most of it’s beyond our girls ability or our budget ! Although we do try and spread the love a little to support some businesses of course – especial now with less travel . We see a big difference in the fact that there’s a lot less tourists here than usual – we hear 50% less ! such a shame for struggling businesses.
We’re not thrill seeker people, we like to just enjoy the natural things an aria has to offer, and most of all meeting the locals, and walking around feeling the vibe.
Although on arriving to a part of the lake called, Lowben / Cromwell, we found ourselves a very large floating, inflatable, bouncy, activity course which we all went crazy on- a great way to expel the girls energy !
