FRESH FISH AND SALAD

Following on from our market outing today, Lola’s cooked us a lovely healthy dinner this evening from our produce bought today……

Method –

Chop and prepare the salad.

Cut the fish into small manageable pieces, and coat them in seasoned flour, then pan fry in a little oil.

Toss the salad in a vinaigrette and serve. See photo of Lola’s notes.  We often have a homemade, standard vinaigrette already made up in the fridge, and make a specific one from time to time- just make one up to your own preference.

We bought beautiful fresh bread today too, so had a slice of that on the side, and as you can see in the photo’s, we enjoyed our dinner on the pontoon, just by the bus on the lake- very nice.
