SEEDED CRACKERS WITH HUMUS.
1 cup of sunflower seeds, 3/4 of a cup of pumpkin seeds, 1/2 cup of chia seeds, 1/2 cup of sesame seeds, 1 cup of flax seeds, seasoning, and chili flakes if you choose.1 1/2 cup of water.
Preheat the oven to 170,
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl,
Let sit and soak for 5-10 min,
Then press out thinly with your hands onto lined try’s, (you can flip it over half way through cooking to cut the cooking time down a little). Bake for about an hour or until browned. When cooled break into shards and seal in a box until needed or serve – We love them together with a hummus wizzed up with a little ground cumin, lemon juice or chili- or all ! together with the usual tin of chick peas, with a little of the aquafaba water to loosen it a little, olive oil, garlic and seasoning.
