We enjoyed being back in Cromwell which is so familiar to us now – We know all the best swim spots, kids parks, and all the boring stuff you need to know like where to restock food, launderettes and where to get fresh water and off load our waist, – ( boring – all the fun stuff ! ) which all needs doing every 4 ish days and much easier when we know where it all is. We even have our favorite coffee shop in Cromwell the old town ” The grain and seed ” we feel like a real local there at Dave’s place over looking the lake from the street above. Then there’s John who built our fabulous wee log burner in our bus who occasionally joins us for dinner and recently kindly rebuilt our wing mirror that dropped off a little while ago. John being a dab hand at welding made us a very high quality wing mirror a now have. While we were there a new friend gave us a few pointers on how to drive the drone we bought especially for the job. So it felt good to be EVENTUALLY get it out the bag ! I think there will be our first drone video posted up on our Instagram sometime soon of Lake Dunston camp spot we were at at the time.
