While at a beautiful beachside camp at Fortrose we had some friends visit us for lunch one sunny day – right up Lolas street. So she wanted to do it all –
POTATOE SALAD WITH APPLES –
Boiled potatoes cooled and mixed with lightly softened leeks, red onions , chopped apple with a little mayo mixed through and seasoning to taste.
GUACAMOLE-
The usual with a few chopped and/ or mushed avo’s, little chopped red onion and toms, a crushed garlic clove, lemon juice, seasoning and maybe chilli.
SEEDED CRACKERS-

FRESH SALAD-
Green salad leaves, chopped cucumber, grated carrot, alfalfa sprouts, sliced radishes and a homemade dressing of your choice.
