Lola’s fresh and fruity salad for light summertime dinners. Lola’s not done this one before, and came as a nice surprise last night after a hot day.

Method – Start by cooking the purl couscous, while its’ cooking prepare the salad and fruit. This is soooo quick to make, and a surprisingly delicious combo – very fruity – enjoy with or without a dressing.
